✨ Magic Down Main Shop Policies ✨

Hi friend 💛 Please read this policy in full before placing your order. By completing your purchase and selecting the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies below.

Magic Down Main is a small, mama-run business offering limited-run and made-to-order items. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds, and orders cannot be modified once placed.

All processing times, production timelines, and shipping estimates are estimates only and may change at any time without notice. Delays may occur due to supplier timelines, production, shipping carriers, customs, holidays, or high order volume. Estimated dates are not guaranteed and do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or disputes.

Pre-order items follow the timeline listed at purchase (subject to change). If an order includes both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, it will ship together once complete. Orders are processed in the order received; we do not offer rush processing, prioritization, or guaranteed delivery dates. “Need by” dates noted at checkout are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot make changes after an order is placed. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

All items are inspected prior to shipment. Once a package is handed to the carrier, it is outside of our control. Magic Down Main is not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, packages marked delivered but not received, or carrier-related issues. If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, the customer must contact the carrier directly to investigate or file a claim. Orders marked as delivered are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Shipping insurance is included on all orders. If an item arrives damaged in transit, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Claims outside this window will not be accepted. Approved claims must be handled through the carrier, and reimbursement is issued by them. Replacements are not guaranteed due to limited inventory.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time due to market fluctuations or supplier cost changes. Price differences do not qualify for refunds or adjustments.

Filing a chargeback or dispute for reasons that violate these policies (including delays or delivered packages) is considered a breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to submit this policy, order details, and delivery confirmation as evidence. Customers who file disputes in violation of these terms may be refused future service.

We respond to messages in the order received. Please allow 1–3 business days for a reply. Sending multiple messages does not speed up response time. Respectful communication is expected; harassment or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service.
