Hi friend! Just a quick heads-up about our shop policies 💛

Because we’re a tiny mama-run business (not Amazon 😅), we do NOT accept returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds for any reason. All sales are final. Our inventory rotates quickly and many items are limited-run, so once an order is placed, it cannot be changed.

We also do not offer rush orders — even if you add it to the notes. Orders are processed in the order they’re received so everything stays fair.

Address changes cannot be made after an order is placed, so please double-check all information before submitting your order.

We carefully inspect every single item before it ships to make sure it’s in perfect condition when it leaves us.

Once your order ships, it’s officially in the hands of the mail carrier. Magic Down Main isn’t responsible for lost packages, delays, or anything that happens during transit. If something happens on the carrier’s end, the customer must file a claim with them.

If your item arrives damaged during transit, don’t stress — every package includes insurance. You can file a claim with the courier and they will reimburse you directly. Because inventory changes daily and many items are limited-run, replacements aren’t always possible, which is why we don’t offer them — but the included insurance ensures you’re covered.

During the holiday season (our busiest time), please expect longer shipping times from the postal service, which is completely out of our control. Our processing times may also be slightly longer, and we truly appreciate your patience during this magical but hectic season.
